Annual Report 2011-12

This report covers the period of one year to the end of May 2012.

During this period a further two thematic reports were completed and published.

The first of these was the report on knife crime. This is detailed in Annex A (Thematic report on knife crime | HM Inspectorate of Prosecution in Scotland)

The second was the publication in conjunction with Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary (Scotland) of a report on the treatment of victims in the criminal justice system. This is detailed in Annex B (Victims in the criminal justice system – Phase II | HM Inspectorate of Prosecution in Scotland)
